This Refund Policy applies to all services provided by Core Systems, including but not limited to Domain registration, Purchase of Hosting Server,Logo design, Branding, Website design and development and digital marketing services.

We understand that purchasing services online involves trust on your part. If you accidentally make a purchase of our services and notify us promptly, we may offer a refund at our discretion. However, please note the following conditions:

Refund requests must be made within 3 days of the purchase date.

A written request must be sent via email at info@coresystemsindia.com with the subject line “Refund Request.”

Refunds will not be considered for services that have already been initiated or completed.

3. Services Initiation

Once our services are initiated, which includes but is not limited to the commencement of the analysis, conceptualization, consultation, design and development, we are unable to offer a refund. This is due to the nature of the service industry, where resources and efforts are immediately invested upon initiation of services.

Refund requests will be processed within 7 working days from the date of receipt of your request. The refund will be issued through the original method of payment or direct bank transfer.
